About The Principal


Simon's is a creative, fearlessly disciplined innovator who does not fear failure, he believes success comes through bravery, pioneering original & authentic idea's, see below some of his previous projects.

1. Being Social Inclusion Manager for the SPARK D&C consortium building the $26 Billion Dollar North-East Link project working with China Construction (China), WEBUILD(Italy), CPB Contractors (Australia) and GS& E Engineering (S Korea) 

and

 

2. Social Inclusion Advisor for the Nel Consortia on the $5 Billion-dollar Nel Hydrogen Storage (Hy Stor) exploration project. 


Notable Achievements include


Establishing Kinaway Chamber of Commerce and growing the membership to more than 500 members in 3 years. (VECCI -2010-2014)


Advocating for mandatory CPD for electrical relicensing whilst growing the MEA membership in Tasmania by over 250% across 3years. (2014-2017)


Integrating the operations of the Ballarat Foundation, Volunteering Ballarat and United Way Ballarat into one entity. (2017-2017)


Setting up the Industry Specific Mentoring for Australian Electrical Apprentices program focused on increasing apprentice completion rates in the Electrical Industry (NECA-2018-2019)


Simplifying and relaunching the NECA membership and increasing members across all levels.


Transitioning NECA membership to Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
